Please note that the number of ECTS credits assigned to certain courses could be subject to change or updates. In such cases, the initial Exchange Mobility Agreement submitted during the application process will be subject to mandatory revision after the student’s arrival at the University of Bucharest, in order to ensure that the final study plan fulfills the credit requirements established by the home university.

After arrival, students are required to contact both the faculty secretariat and the International Relations Office regarding any necessary modifications to their course selection. The faculty secretariat will provide updated academic information regarding course availability, schedules, and credit allocation, while the International Relations Office will support and guide students throughout the administrative modification process.

If such changes occur, students are obliged to update their Exchange Mobility Agreement accordingly. This means they must first consult the faculty secretariat and then inform the International Relations Office so that the necessary modifications can be processed. The revised document must be issued, signed, and forwarded to the partner university for approval and final validation.
