STEP 1: Nomination from Home University

ACADEMIC INFORMATION

Exchange students may choose courses from either Bachelor’s or Master’s degree programs when completing their Learning Agreement, according to their academic interests, regardless of their current study cycle at their home university.

Please note that the Romanian Language program is available only to students who are currently studying Romanian language and literature at their home institution.

NOMINATION DEADLINES

Nomination deadline for Autumn Semester: June 1st of each academic year

Nomination deadline for Spring Semester: October 15th of each academic year

During the nomination process, students and their home universities are required to complete the Exchange Mobility Agreement.

Please note that the Exchange Mobility Agreement form submitted during the nomination process will also be required again during the application process. After the nomination stage, students will receive the document signed by UB, and they will be required to upload this signed version as part of their application documents. Students are therefore advised to keep a copy of the completed form for future reference.

Students applying for Romanian language courses within the Romanian Preparatory Year are not required to complete or upload the Exchange Mobility Agreement, as they will follow the full curriculum of the Preparatory Year programme.
