The Romanian language course is offered exclusively to partner universities that have concluded a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the University of Bucharest for Romanian language studies. Students nominated under this type of agreement will be enrolled in the Romanian Preparatory Year programme and will follow the complete curriculum established for this programme throughout the academic year.

As the study plan is predefined and all students attend the same Romanian language and cultural courses included in the Preparatory Year curriculum, students applying for this programme are not required to complete or submit an Exchange Mobility Agreement during either the nomination or the application process.
