ADMISSION RESULTS FOR NON-EU FEE-PAYING CANDIDATES – JULY 2026

Candidates may identify their admission result using their application file number, exactly as it appears in the confirmation email received from the admission platform after submitting their application.

The lists are organized by study cycles, and candidates within each study cycle are displayed in descending order of their application file number.

Candidates may be listed as Validated  or Invalidated/Rejected.

INFORMATION FOLLOWING THE PUBLICATION OF THE ADMISSION RESULTS

1. Wait for the Letter of Acceptance

Candidates who have been declared ADMITTED must wait for the Letter of Acceptance, issued by the Romanian Ministry of Education and Research.

The issuance process may take up to 30 working days. Once the Letter of Acceptance has been issued, it will be sent to the candidate by email, together with the information and instructions required for the next steps of the admission and enrollment process.

2. Confirm Your Study Place

Candidates who have been admitted must confirm their study place after receiving the Letter of Acceptance from the International Relations Office and no later than 31 August 2026, 23:59 (Romanian time) by completing the Study Place Confirmation Form, available via the button below.

Through this form, candidates may either accept or decline the offered study place.

To confirm their place, candidates must upload proof of payment of the tuition fee for the first academic year and proof that they have applied for a Romanian study visa at the Romanian Embassy or Consulate in their country of residence.

Important! Confirmation of the study place is carried out exclusively by completing and submitting the online confirmation form. At this stage, no physical documents are required. The original documents must be submitted during enrollment (see Step 4 for further details).

3. Enrollment at the International Relations Office

Candidates who have received the Letter of Acceptance to Studies and have confirmed their study place must complete the enrollment process at the International Relations Office of the University of Bucharest.

At enrollment, candidates must present the originals of all documents submitted during the application process, together with their authorized and legalized translations into Romanian, English, or French, where applicable.

Candidates must also present:

  • a medical certificate issued no more than 30 days before the enrollment date;
  • four passport-sized photographs;
  • a valid passport containing the Romanian study visa, where applicable.
  • proof of payment of the tuition fee

Further information regarding the enrollment period, schedule, and required documents will be published at the beginning of September 2026.
