Enrollment for Preparatory Year of Romanian Language followed by Master's Degree

After you finish the payment and you obtain the study visa you can book an appointment in order to come at the International Relations Department for the enrollment.

The enrolment is the step when you bring all the documents you have uploaded on the admission platform in original format alongside the authorized and legalized translations of them.

Candidates must bring at the enrollment appointment all the listed documents as follows:

High School Diploma – color scan the original document (front and back) with the Super Legalisation or the Hague Apostille applied on the original
Translation of the High School Diploma – the translation must be done by an authorized translator and legalized by a public notary
Transcript of records obtained during all High School years – color scan the original document (front and back) with the Super Legalisation or the Hague Apostille applied on the original
Translation of the Transcript of records obtained during all High School years – the translation must be done by an authorized translator and legalized by a public notary
Bachelor’s (Undergraduate) Degree Diploma – color scan the original document (front and back) with the Super Legalisation or the Hague Apostille applied on the original
Translation of the Bachelor’s (Undergraduate) Degree Diploma – the translation must be done by an authorized translator and legalized by a public notary

Birth Certificate – color scan the original document (front and back)
Translation of the Birth Certificate – the translation must be done by an authorized translator and legalized by a public notary
International Passport (valid for at least 6 months since October – beginning of the academic year in Romania) – color scan the original document (all the pages that contain personal data)
Official certificate stating Permanent domicile/permanent home (from local authorities like police offices, regional authorities; phone bills or electricity bills are not accepted) – color scan the original document (front and back)
Translation of the Official certificate stating Permanent domicile/permanent home – the translation must be done by an authorized translator and legalized by a public notary
Medical certificate: fit for studies, free from contagious or public health risk diseases (not older than 30 days prior application) – color scan the original document (front and back)

Marriage Certificate (applicable only for candidates that changed their last name) – color scan the original document (front and back)

International English Certificate (minimum level required – B1) – color scan the original document (front and back)
4 Photos (size: 3cm x 4cm) – recently taken

Mandatory for underage candidates: Enrollment is valid only if at least one parent is present to sign the study contract and a notarized power of attorney—signed by both parents—confirming the candidate is allowed to study in Romania is provided.

Personal attendance is mandatory. Enrollment by proxy is not accepted.

What to expect at the enrollment?

At the enrollment at the International Relations Department you will:

FILL IN AND SIGN THE STUDY CONTRACT

You will fill in and sign the study contract at the International Relations Department. You will receive your copy from the Faculty's Secretary only after the Dean of the Faculty will sign it too.

SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS

You will submit the documents in order for your file to be processed and redirected to the secretary of your Faculty.
