About the International Relations Department
The International Relations Office coordinates the internationalization process of the University of Bucharest and manages academic and research cooperation with partner universities around the world. Its activities are carried out through two main divisions: the External Relations Service and the Erasmus & CIVIS Service, in close collaboration with the university’s faculties and administrative departments.
What We Do
Support students and academic staff participating in international mobility programs
Provide guidance and assistance to international students and visiting scholars at the University of Bucharest
Develop and manage international partnerships
Coordinate academic mobility programs and projects
Promote international opportunities for the University of Bucharest community

The Erasmus & CIVIS Service coordinates the implementation of European mobility and academic cooperation programs, with a particular focus on the Erasmus+ Programme and activities carried out within the CIVIS European University Alliance.
